MSC’s Select Program attracts top competitive players from around the area. The teams are registered to compete in either the South Eastern Classic League, State League or Midwest Regional League Play. Our professional select staff is comprised of high level, experienced coaches, several of which are current/former college players and/or high school coaches. All are licensed, or eligible for licensing, at the appropriate level for the teams to which they are assigned. MSC supports and strongly encourages its coaches to pursue continuing education. Girls participate in the Fall and Winter seasons. Boys participate in the Winter and Spring seasons.
Fall
- Team training 2 times per week
- Skill training (SSAC/SWAT) 1 time per week – optional
- Sectional or State league play in September/October
- 2-3 tournaments
Winter
- Team training 1 time per week at the MSC Icebox
- Optional SSAC indoor training (additional fee)
- Futsal league play
- 1 tournament
Spring
- Team training 2 times per week

SWAT
SWAT (Solo Work and Assisted Training) is run by a professional skills coach and other staff coaches, providing flexibility in training and exposure to multiple coaches. This program helps avoid burnout from over-training while giving players a new perspective on their game play and technical skills.
SSAC
SSAC (Strength, Speed, Agility and Conditioning) is designed to strengthen the players as whole athletes. Quick drills are run to improve player endurance and foster flexibility.
Goalkeeper
Goalkeeper training is provided weekly in 30 minute sessions. Current and prospective keepers attend to fine tune their skills and develop a better tactical understanding of their position.
MSC wants to ensure that all players and families understand the financial and time commitments expected of select players prior to accepting positions on our teams. We strive to provide transparent costs void of hidden fees to make your time at MSC a worthy investment.
Club
These fees include coach salaries, game uniforms, a training jersey, referee fees, state registration and insurance, field maintenance, and administrative fees. Club fees are to be paid during the online registration process, with the option of two 50% installment payments, the second of which is due in early 2023.
- $900 for the entire 2023-2024 season (Fall or Spring)
- $95 refundable volunteer fee (refunded after families have volunteered 8 hours)
Team
- Tournaments: $100–$150. These fees are collected by teams throughout the year depending on the number/locations of tournaments selected by the coaches.
- Winter Futsal League: $40–$70. Winter futsal leagues are not mandatory, but highly recommended. Costs are shared equally among all participating players.
